Salon Owners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Salons are independently responsible for the personal information they receive and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

Deletion of your account does not automatically remove information that has been shared with independent Salons in connection with completed or pending appointments.
Deletion of your account may not immediately remove information from backup systems where such backups are maintained for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance purposes.

The Platform is not intended for children under the minimum age required to create an account under applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law.
