  • No-show history;
  • Notes voluntarily submitted by the Customer.

2.4 Salon Information

For Salon Owners, we may collect:

  • Contact information;
  • Working hours;
  • Service offerings;
  • Pricing;
  • Staff information;
  • Business images;
  • Business description.

Salon Owners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and kept up to date.

  • Reviews and ratings.

2.6 Device and Technical Information

6.1 With Salons

When you book an appointment, the relevant Salon may receive information necessary to provide the requested services.

  • Booking history with that Salon;
  • Notes you voluntarily provide during the booking process.

Salons are independently responsible for the personal information they receive and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

6.2 With Service Providers

  • Cloud hosting providers;
  • Authentication providers;

  • Email delivery providers;

  • Enforcement of our agreements;
  • Recordkeeping required by applicable law.

Deletion of your account does not automatically remove information that has been shared with independent Salons in connection with completed or pending appointments.

Deletion of your account may not immediately remove information from backup systems where such backups are maintained for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the minimum age required to create an account under applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Salony may contact us using the information provided in the Contact section of this Privacy Policy.
